GOLIVMO: Message from our CEO

Dear GoLivMo Community,

The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented phenomenon for us all. The situation is constantly evolving, and it presents us with a new set of challenges every day. With the escalating severity of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic globally, I wanted to reach out to assure you are the heart of what we do. Your safety and well-being are of paramount importance.

Since the very beginning, GoLivMo has lived by our core values of always placing the interests of our customers above everything else. It is this same principle that will guide us through the most challenging of times and to come out stronger.

The support given to us by our customers has never wavered, for which we are very grateful.


KEEPING YOU SAFE

Our priority is and will continue to be the safety of our members, creators, and partners. We will actively monitor all delayed or cancelled experiences. As professionals who live and breathe in-person experiences, we perfectly understand and empathize with the issues that many of you are experiencing.

As activity dates continue to change, we pledge to update you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this cloud of uncertainty and will continue to do the utmost to serve you with the highest standard possible.


EVOLVING TO FIT YOUR NEEDS

Even as we tighten our borders and isolate all imported cases, we should also double our efforts within Singapore to prevent further spread of the virus. The health authorities have studied the pattern of transmission amongst the locally transmitted cases and found that many were infected during events and social gatherings.

In view of this, GoLivMo actively discourages any group activities and pledges to expand into more virtual-online experiences to serve our customers in the privacy of their homes and/or quarantine facilities.

Given that the situation and policies may vary by region, we strongly encourage everyone to follow your local health authority’s guidelines and refer to the World Health Organization (WHO) for any updates.


CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY

As the business community navigates this precarious period, we feel that it is also important for us to do our part to support our community.

For the next 3 months (starting 1st April 2020), we will support all new creators at 0% commissions. This means that they will experience the same marketing strategy that GoLivMo is known for, while getting to keep 100% of each sale (excluding 3rd party credit card processing fees).

Existing creators will also automatically be eligible for the 0% commission reduction for 1 month. We will reach out to all Creators personally to provide more details.

We recognise that these are unsettling times, but I have every confidence in the resilience of GoLivMo in supporting our customers, our employees, and our communities.


COMING OUT STRONGER

As we all navigate these uncharted waters, we would like to thank you for your continuous support and for placing your trust and confidence in us. The Global COVID-10 Pandemic is impacting our lives and communities in many profound ways. We can overcome this together as long as we remain confident, resilient, and socially responsible.

We look forward to coming out of this situation as a strengthened global community and, once again, providing the experiences we all love.

I will end this note with this wish from all of us at GoLivMo - that you continue to stay healthy and strong. Please look after yourself and look out for each other.
